Rising Huddersfield RUFC fly half Chris Bell has been selected for the North of England team. 19 year old Bell will be aiming to impress the England Counties Under 20 selectors at the Welbeck Defence Sixth Form College in Leicestershire over the Easter weekend.

Players from London & SE, Midlands, North and South West will be involved in a three day National Under 20 Counties Development and Selection Weekend from 3rd to 5th April. The weekend forms the final stage in the process for the selection of the England Counties Under 20s squad that will be chosen to tour Georgia later this year. In addition Bell is fighting to be fit for the County under 20s side for their semi final against Cornwall to be played at Camborne on 27th March.

He's been out of action since injuring his shoulder against Hull back in January. The former Rishworth Grammar School student has been an excellent addition to the squad since making his debut against Leicester Lions at the start of the season.
